Board Meetings

Mercy Water Supply Corporation has seven (7) elected officials that meet and review the finances and public concerns of the water system.  The public is welcome to attend the meetings and are given an alloted amount of time for comments and questions.  However, only items that are on the posted agenda can be discussed for a motion or approval.

If you have an item that you would like on the agenda for discussion, the water office has to be informed at least three (3) days before the meeting.  State requires that agenda of the meeting be posted 72 hours in advance to give the public adequate notice of the content that will be discussed.
