Mercy Water Supply Corporation offers a wide variety of convenient payment options for our customers. Simply choose the option that best suits your needs.

ALL PAYMENT ARE DUE UPON RECEIPT AND LATE IF NOT PAID IN FULL BY THE 16TH OF EACH MONTH.

IF YOU HAVE BEEN LOCKED OUT THERE IS A CHARGE OF $75.00 THAT MUST BE PAID BEFORE THE METER IS UNLOCKED.

 Pay Online

NOW AVAILABLE!!!  Click the red "Pay Your Bill Now" button to view and pay your bill online.  the first time you will need your account number to register.  After that, payments are an easy 3- step process.  You can view present and past bills and usage, schedule future or reocurring payments and more using the online portal. A $1.10 fee for check charged by payment processor, 3.00% (.50 if under $100.00) for credit cards.  If you need assistance with viewing your bill or paying online, call PSN at 866-917-7368.  If you have any questions on the amount of your bill or need service, please call MWSC at 281-593-1177.

Payment By Phone

Call toll-free 877-885-7968 to reach the payment center 24/7/365 to pay your bill using an automated system or speak to a live respresentaive.  *NOTE* The payment center can only take your payment.  If you have a question about your bill or need any other help you will need to call the office at 281-593-1177.

 Payment By Mail

If paying by check or money order through the mail, please send all payments with your payment coupon. To avoid late fees, please mail your payment at least five-seven business days before the 16th of each month.

Pay In Person

You may pay your bill in person at our office address located 5 miles out of Cleveland off FM 2025 and Bowen Loop.  We accept cash, check and money order.  For payments before or after hours we have a drop box located in front of building.  Dropping a cash payment is not recommended.

Payment Through Financial Institution Online Bill Pay

Many financial institutions such as major banks offer their customers the ability to pay their bills via an online bill payment service (through your bank's website). Normally, these services debit the customer's checking or savings account to pay the bill. Depending on the financial institution, they may or may not charge a fee for the service. Payments may take up to seven business days to post to the customer's account. Please consult with your bank for more information.
